We had a fantastic time staying at the Hamlet Villa. The size of the hot tub was amazing and provided a luxurious experience. The aga oven and log burner added a touch of elegance to the property, and we were particularly impressed by the well-equipped kitchen. The villa is located in a quiet village, but still close to Cromer, making it easy to explore the area. We appreciated the convenience of having an excellent local pub and village stores within easy walking distance. The owner, Graham, was incredibly helpful and solved a problem we encountered during our stay. the hot tub and courtyard garden were great facilities that enhanced our stay.
It was all superb! 😊

The value for money at Hamlet Villa was exceptional, and the rooms were beautifully furnished and spacious. The location was peaceful, with a charming village nearby and a lovely local pub. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive to any issues we had.
The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider selection of condiments and toiletries in the bathroom.

Graham, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and provided us with useful information upon arrival. The property itself is spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely layout that was perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the conservatory for relaxation. The surrounding area offers beautiful walks and is close to charming villages and beaches. The local village shop and nearby pubs were also great.
Nothing for me! 😊

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! Two things that stood out were the beautiful rooms and the warm and cozy kitchen with an Aga. The location was also perfect, with a lovely village shop just a short walk away and a charming pub nearby. We had a great time exploring the area and enjoying the hot tub, it was the perfect way to relax after a day of festive adventures.
The lack of a toaster. It took quite some time to toast bread on the Aga, which was a bit inconvenient.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a property in Cromer called Hamlet Villa. The communal spaces were lovely, and the rooms were bright and airy, creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. The owner, Graham, was friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The location was also great, with plenty of open spaces for dog walking and a nearby pub just a two-minute walk away. Additionally, the presence of a hot tub was a fantastic addition to our stay, providing a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind. I highly recommend Hamlet Villa for a memorable and comfortable holiday.
While the property was generally fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. The third "bedroom," which was actually a conservatory, was unsuitable for sleeping due to being too hot and bright.

The Hamlet in Cromer exceeded all expectations with its well-equipped and beautifully furnished property. The owner's warm hospitality and extensive knowledge made for a truly blissful stay. The hot tub, showers, kitchen, and comfortable beds added to the overall amazing experience. The nearby pub and village shop were convenient, and we have already rebooked to return with family and our dog.
Nothing everything was great.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere. The hot tub was a fantastic addition, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quality time together. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and a peaceful and quiet setting.
The towels provided were on the smaller side, which made it a bit challenging to fully dry off after using the hot tub. Additionally, we felt that the instructions on how to use the Aga could have been clearer, as we had to rely on a book rather than a simple guide.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The facilities were top-notch, including the amazing hot tub which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The spaciousness of the property was impressive, both inside and outside. Our kids had a great time playing football in the nearby field. the host provided us with helpful tips about the local area, ensuring we had a fantastic time exploring.
That the property was a bit chilly, particularly in one of the bedrooms. However, the host was kind enough to provide heaters, which helped to keep us warm.
